Design: From Concept to Completion ™

Principal and founder Felicia Zwebner, has the unique advantage of understanding a project from the perspective of a designer and a furniture manufacturer (Felicia is also the CEO and owner of FZ Collection, a custom furniture line). 
 
We work closely and attentively with our clients in order to fully appreciate the scope of a project and develop a design concept that embraces the aesthetic aspirations of our clients and adheres to the established budget and time frame. Our firm will oversee the project in its entirety, procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and work closely with architects and trade professionals to ensure each step of the process is managed efficiently.
 
Felicia Zwebner Design also offers the option to hire the firm for several or all of the consulting, management, and procurement services.

Design Consultation

Felicia and her team will also work with other designers and architects as a consultant, and collaborate with them to assist with site evaluation and analysis, as well as space planning and schematic drawing. Because Felicia understands a project from a manufacturer's perspective, she is able to negotiate with trade professionals to reduce cost and recommend alternate materials where appropriate. And as a result of her background in the financial services industry, as well as her custom furniture design and manufacturing business, Felicia is also able to provide insight into budget allocation and product procurement on a project-to-project basis.

Execution

Our firm will act as project manager, sourcing products with optimal pricing, overseeing delivery and installation, and staging as needed. As a designer, Felicia has staged properties for high-end real estate companies and has a talent for creating environments that are effective at attracting the desired clientele.  

Manufacturing

Whether producing case goods for a hotel, or creating a coffee table for a living room, FZ Collection is able to work with the client to understand the functional needs of the furniture and build pieces that are both beautiful and durable. Because Felicia has an extensive knowledge of raw materials, she is able to suggest alternate solutions based on the scope of project and budget. At FZ Collection, form and function are weaved seamlessly into practical objects of enduring beauty.
